Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks
  • Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and advance your career
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • 18+ years of age
  • Must pass a background check
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Knowledge of the insurance and benefits industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
