Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Source content ideas to submit to our Content Team on a weekly basis, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail
• Complete end-to-end member requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on creative and effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
