Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing high-quality support across various communication channels.   • Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner. You will be the voice of careerzynith, guiding customers through their questions and concerns with patience and clarity.

  • Information & Guidance: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, policies, and orders. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, helping customers with returns, refunds, tracking packages, and more.
  • Detailed Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Maintaining detailed records is crucial for ensuring continuity and high quality of service.
