Job Summary

As a Basic Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in our operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of quality and productivity

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Respond to client inquiries and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve any data entry-related issues or concerns
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, as set by management
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
