Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. You'll work closely with our process servers teams to ensure accurate documentation and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

Schedule
* Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Part-time: Choose your own schedule, with a minimum of 2 hours to 4 hours daily
