Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, providing support to our customers through a variety of channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their orders, products, and services
  • Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
