Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, or chats, troubleshooting customer concerns, updating customer records, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and be self-sufficient
