Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and data entry support to our clients and patients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, accurate data entry, and timely resolution of customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages

• Enter accurate and timely data into our systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and company policies
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to senior-level staff as needed
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and data entry processes
• Provide support to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, both in-office and remotely
• Acquire and maintain a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days of employment
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online

• Basic web search skills, including:

+ Opening a web browser + Writing in URLs in the correct field + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

• Basic keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing reports

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a state-issued permit or enrollment by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Designing reports

• Familiarity with Spanish and English
