About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately entering employee information, client details, and transaction data into our systems. You'll also conduct data audits, generate reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency. This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Requirements

* Experience: Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Skills:

+ Excellent typing skills and accuracy in data input, with a minimum of 60 words per minute typing speed. + Proficiency in using data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors or inconsistencies in data, with a keen eye for accuracy. + Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines, with a strong sense of prioritization and organization. + Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask, with a focus on efficiency and productivity. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise communication.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred.
