Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leaders. This role will require exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex schedules, meeting invitations, and conference room operations
  • Coordinating global and domestic travel arrangements
  • Handling cost reports and expense tracking
  • Overseeing large-scale event planning, including catering, facilities, and materials
  • Arranging office space and working with relocation teams
  • Fostering a positive work environment, recognizing outstanding efforts, and promoting team spirit
  • Attending key meetings, following up on action items, and circulating progress updates
  • Driving team-building activities, such as staff meeting plans, group outings, and recognition events
  • Overseeing work processes that require approvals

The Promoter Experience (Hatchet) team at careerzynith is dedicated to building global marketing experiences that will make Amazon Advertisements a preferred partner for any advertiser. We serve a large number of external and internal clients, including advertisers, manufacturers, and partners. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact.

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of senior-level administrative support experience or 1+ years of experience working at careerzynith
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with leader-level scheduling and calendar management

Preferred Capabilities

  • Experience managing multiple schedules and priorities
