Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients by providing exceptional customer service through live chat platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing real-time support via live chat for customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting, inquiries, and issue resolution, using your problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Offering knowledgeable responses to client queries, using your expertise and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction by ensuring clear and accurate communication, using your verbal and written communication skills to build trust and rapport with our customers.
  • Managing a high volume of chats, ensuring timely responses and meeting our service level agreements.
  • Recording and tracking customer interactions in CRM software, using your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
  • Adhering to company policies, quality standards, and KPIs, using your self-motivation and discipline to meet our performance expectations.

Requirements
