Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, input data, and provide a high level of customer service, always extending courtesy and professionalism
- Resolve complex issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent (healthcare call center experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and customers
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed performance metrics
- Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
- Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages)
