• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an careerzynith Independent Contractor, you'll need:

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
• Basic typing skills
• Strong customer service and written skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an careerzynith Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an careerzynith Independent Contractor, you'll need to:

• Complete an application to Join careerzynith Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details.

Availability
