Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer and account data from source documents, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our high standards of quality. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data entry, verification, and sorting, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data and adhere to careerzynith's data protection policies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, such as administrative tasks and data management

Essential Qualifications

* Experience with MS Office and data programs, including spreadsheets, word processing, and database management

  • Familiarity with administrative duties, such as email handling and calendar management
  • Experience using office equipment, like scanners and printers
  • Typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Familiarity with careerzynith's systems and processes
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
