Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and chat messages with professionalism, empathy, and speed.
  • Accurately enter orders, schedule appointments, and update customer records across multiple internal software platforms.
  • Document all customer interactions in detail to support sales, logistics, and field teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve product or service issues independently; when necessary, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver swift resolutions.
  • Handle escalated calls promptly, de‑escalate tension, and provide concise summaries to managers for follow‑up.
  • Produce clear, well‑formatted Word and Excel documents for internal reporting, quoting, and inventory tracking.
