About careerzynith – Empowering Stories that Drive Business Success

At careerzynith, we believe that authentic customer narratives are the most powerful catalyst for growth. Our mission is to empower every organization, big or small, to achieve more by showcasing real‑world success stories that resonate with audiences worldwide. As a global leader in technology solutions, careerzynith partners with iconic brands across every industry, helping them translate complex outcomes into compelling, human‑centric stories that inspire, educate, and motivate.

Our Global Customer Advocacy Team, housed within the Global Demand Center, produces more than 200 customer stories each year—ranging from high‑impact videos to written case studies—delivered across multiple product lines and geographic markets. These stories not only highlight the tangible value of careerzynith solutions but also serve as strategic assets that fuel sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, and executive conversations.

Why This Role Matters

The Head of Global Customer Evidence is a senior leadership position that sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, strategic business insight, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Global Senior Director of Privacy, Customer Advocacy, and Business Processes, you will lead a high‑performing team of executive producers, manage a network of award‑winning agencies, and act as the chief advocate for customer evidence in C‑level forums. Your work will directly influence how careerzynith’s solutions are perceived, adopted, and championed by customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a multi‑year vision for customer evidence that aligns with careerzynith’s growth objectives, brand positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Team Management & Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of executive producers, editors, and project managers; provide constructive feedback, career coaching, and succession planning.
  • Agency Partnership Oversight: Build and maintain strategic relationships with global creative agencies, ensuring they deliver high‑impact work on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.
  • Production Pipeline Governance: Own the end‑to‑end production workflow for over 200 stories annually, from concept ideation through final delivery, while maintaining rigorous quality controls.
  • Executive Storytelling: Personally oversee flagship customer stories that are featured in major events, executive briefings, and digital platforms; ensure each story clearly ties business outcomes to careerzynith solutions.
  • Budget & Financial Stewardship: Manage a multi‑million‑dollar budget, track spend against forecasts, and optimize resource allocation across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Data‑Driven Impact Reporting: Develop and present metrics that demonstrate the ROI of customer evidence, including lead generation, pipeline acceleration, brand perception, and sales enablement effectiveness.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, integrated marketing, technical subject‑matter experts, and sales leadership to align story themes with product roadmaps and market demands.
  • Innovation & AI Integration: Champion the use of emerging AI tools and creative technologies to streamline story production, enhance personalization, and unlock new formats (e.g., interactive video, AR experiences).
  • C‑Level Representation: Serve as the primary spokesperson for the evidence team in executive forums, presenting strategic insights and advocating for the business impact of customer storytelling.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, combined with at least 6 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience; or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience.
