Per diem educational consultant role delivering professional development and coaching to teachers and school leaders on i-Ready and other core programs, reaching millions of students nationwide. Designed for retiring or transitioning educators seeking flexible, meaningful work with seasonal scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality professional development workshops, coach teachers and leaders, and help schools use data to drive student outcomes across assigned territory. Travel extensively (up to 80%) to partner schools during normal school hours to provide training and expertise on Curriculum Associates programs. Skills & Tools: Expertise in i-Ready and other educational technology platforms, strong coaching and professional development delivery skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights for educators, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Qualifications: Retiring or transitioning educator with teaching experience and deep knowledge of K-8 education. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Wichita, Kansas, possess valid driver's license, and have reliable personal transportation.
