[Remote] Commercial Lines Account Manager

Summit Bridge Partners is a well-established independent insurance agency seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a growing book of small business clients. This client-facing role involves full account ownership and focuses on building relationships while providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts throughout the full policy lifecycle
  • Handle renewals, remarketing efforts, endorsements, and policy changes
  • Prepare proposals and assist with binding coverage
  • Issue certificates of insurance (COIs), ID cards, and related policy documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and virtual meetings
  • Partner with producers to support new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality customer service

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
  • Ability to independently manage a book of business
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and workflow
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience using an Agency Management System (any platform)
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain shortly after hire
