Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative (Nevada)

The Remote Customer Service Representative role is a pivotal point of contact between careerzynith and our patients.   • Provide clear, accurate education on insurance coverage, reimbursement processes, and pharmacy benefits, escalating complex issues to a pharmacist when necessary.
  • Document all interactions in careerzynith’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a high first‑call resolution rate by actively listening, empathizing, and offering practical solutions.

Essential Qualifications
