As a Remote Customer Service Representative for careerzynith’s Pharmacy Benefit Manager, you will become the trusted voice that helps members navigate complex prescription benefit plans, understand coverage options, and resolve issues quickly and courteously. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound member calls with professionalism, empathy, and a clear focus on problem resolution.
  • Provide accurate information on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail‑order services across a variety of plan types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specialty client programs.
  • Utilize careerzynith’s proprietary systems to verify eligibility, process refills, and troubleshoot coverage discrepancies.
  • Document each interaction meticulously in the CRM platform, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal data‑security standards.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior specialists while maintaining ownership of the member’s experience until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
  • Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions, role‑plays, and knowledge‑share forums to stay current on evolving health‑care regulations and careerzynith product updates.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, share best practices, and support team initiatives aimed at enhancing overall service quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role such as call‑center, retail, hospitality, or military service.
