Position Overview

The Remote Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager will lead a distributed team of FSQA specialists, driving compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across careerzynith‑owned meat and dairy plants. This role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on data entry, virtual communication, and cross‑functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute FSQA frameworks: Design, implement, and maintain robust food safety and quality systems that align with FDA, USDA, and local regulatory requirements.

• Travel coordination (remote): While the role is primarily virtual, occasional site visits to plants in TX, KS, IN, GA, ND, AR, and other locations may be required to provide on‑site support and mentorship.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or related roles within meat and dairy processing environments.
• Demonstrated expertise with FDA, USDA, and local regulatory compliance, including HACCP, FSIS, and FSMS standards.
