[Remote] Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Technology - Temporary role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Technology will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies and manage the talent acquisition process for technology positions.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to engage with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to satisfy anticipated talent requirements and market forces. Initiates and maintains communications
  • Negotiate service level agreements with clients; delivers service to meet or exceed those agreements
  • Responsible for a full range of talent acquisition functions. Develop talent pipelines through the creation of effective job postings, referrals, social media content and pro-active sourcing following organizational guidelines and recruitment and marketing best practices
  • Utilize candidate assessment resources such as assessment tools, interview guides, candidate score sheets and work sample requests ensuring hiring leaders understand how to effectively use the tools to evaluate candidates based on merit ensuring reduced bias in the selection decision using current best practices
  • Coach hiring leaders as a trusted advisor on how to develop and effectively use a recruitment process that demonstrates a commitment to a positive candidate experience, understanding of the importance of organizational diversity and use of unbiased tools to ensure objective decision making
  • Assist in branding our organization as an employer of choice through professional monitoring and engagement with employment based social media sites and job boards
  • Attend job fairs and campus recruiting events, acting as an ambassador for the Company
  • Develop relationships with potential candidates and 'sell' the organization
  • Share best practices within Talent Acquisition by bringing a passion for Talent industry innovation and industry networking

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Five years relevant experience with technology recruiting
  • Experience in an insurance, banking, or financial institution preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Broad understanding of recruitment tools, social networking and technology
  • Resolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels
