The Senior Data Entry & Voice‑of‑Customer Analyst plays a critical role in the end‑to‑end lifecycle of customer feedback. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineering squads to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines – Build robust ETL processes that ingest, cleanse, and store VoC data from multiple sources, including surveys, live chat transcripts, and social listening feeds.
  • Develop data models – Create scalable data models that support both batch and real‑time analytics, ensuring consistency across the enterprise data lake.
  • Implement advanced analytics – Leverage Hadoop, Spark, Hive, PySpark, and Python to generate insights, predictive scores, and trend analyses for internal stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting – Design dashboards and automated reports that surface key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), sentiment trends, and issue resolution times.
  • Quality assurance and testing – Conduct rigorous data validation, performance testing, and anomaly detection to guarantee data integrity and reliability.
  • Drive process improvements – Identify bottlenecks in data collection and processing, proposing automation and optimization strategies to increase efficiency.
  • Mentor junior team members – Share expertise in big‑data technologies and agile delivery practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Support compliance and governance – Ensure all data handling complies with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal security standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools (HDFS, Hive, MapReduce, Spark).
  • Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data transformation and analytics.
  • Strong command of Shell scripting for automation of data workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing data models for large‑scale analytics platforms.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a track record of delivering incremental value.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Qualtrics‑style survey platforms (replaced with careerzynith) and integration of survey data into data warehouses.
  • Familiarity with real‑time streaming technologies such as Kafka or Flink.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (R, SAS) and machine‑learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow).
  • Previous work in a customer‑experience or Voice‑of‑Customer environment.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or big‑data technologies.
