Position Overview
We are expanding our careerzynith Member Operations team, the heart of our PBM business, and are actively recruiting enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives who reside within 75 miles of Orlando, FL. What You’ll Do – Core Responsibilities
- Answer inbound member calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Explain prescription insurance coverage, medication benefits, and mail‑order options in clear, easy‑to‑understand language.
- Assist members across a spectrum of plans—including commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and employer‑specific contracts—ensuring each interaction is personalized.

- Document each call accurately in the CRM system, capturing key details that help improve future member experiences.
- Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions (minimum 6 weeks) and two days of on‑site orientation to master careerzynith’s policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and all governmental regulations, safeguarding member privacy at every touchpoint.
- Adapt to fluctuating call volumes by adjusting scheduled hours, with clear communication and no impact on benefit eligibility.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including pharmacy operations, claims, and IT—to troubleshoot complex member issues.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, military, or similar).
- Proficiency with Windows‑based applications and basic computer navigation.
