As a Part‑Time Data Entry Associate, you will be the backbone of careerzynith’s donor stewardship process. Accurate and timely entry of donor gifts into the organization’s database enables the Development team to recognize supporters, generate insightful fundraising reports, and maintain compliance with donor intent. Key Responsibilities
- Donor Gift Processing: Enter individual and corporate donations into the donor management system with precision, ensuring each gift aligns with donor intent and is recorded within established timelines.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of entered data, perform regular audits, and correct discrepancies to maintain a clean, reliable database.
- Reporting Support: Generate and format fundraising lists, donor segmentation reports, and performance dashboards for the Development team and senior leadership.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration: Partner with National Development, Finance, and Information Technology teams to resolve data‑related issues, streamline workflows, and implement system enhancements.

Essential Qualifications
