Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Remote Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also performing data entry tasks. This is a hybrid role that allows you to work from home and balance your time between our remote office and your personal space. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Perform data entry tasks, including entering information into our electronic medical records (EMR) system

  • Perform entry-level support for the data entry function, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Perform high-volume data entry work, including entering new applications and credits
  • Complete clerical functions, such as typing, faxing, and deleting data entry mistakes
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring timely data entry and file management
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching data entry and verification tasks
  • Review and confirm data before entry to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Perform daily audits and data entry adjustments to ensure data integrity
